Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), current and former DIRECTV employees, contractors, and job applicants who are California residents may exercise the below rights by completing this form and indicating the request(s) you would like to make. You may also tell us not to sell or share information that is linked to you with any third-party and ask us to limit the use of sensitive data using the DIRECTV Employee Opt-out Form.

Please note that it is DIRECTV’s policy not to sell or share employee, contractor, or applicant personal information with any third-party and we have no plans to do so in the future. However, if you’d like to ask us not to sell or share your personal information, you may do so by submitting a request using the DIRECTV Employee Opt-out Form and we’ll keep your preferences for our records.
